by prof. Dr. Franz Ruppert

When our life energy connects with the warmth in our heart, we blossom. Those external appearances, that we've spent our lives trying to keep up, fade away and it gives space for our true being

Splits in the Psyche
Everybody is traumatized.
This is how our societies have been functioning for ages.
Our psyche holds uncouncious TRAUMATIZED PARTS that contain painful, often preverbal emotional experiences.
Our unconcious SURVIVING I separates and isolates traumatic experience and wants us to suppress everything to maintain control.
Our HEALTHY I longes for truth, clarity, love and being included. In many cases it is oppressed and dissosiated.

TRAUMA OF IDENTITY
These and other deeply stressing conditions harshly affect mother-to-be and yet unborn child. Yes, children may be traumatized already in the womb, and these traumas are considered as most severe in IoPT because of the deepest splits they provoke in the child's psyche.
Being unwanted child, attempts of abortion, mother's stress, substance abuse and other self-induced harm during pregnancy, child's "wrong gender", giving birth out of external expectations rather than out from love, not planned pregnancy...
TRAUMA OF LOVE
If the mother is traumatized and is not fully accessible to form a loving bond, child can't accept and be accepted in his wholeness. Child gets the deep and painful split in the psyche as rejection becomes internalized.

Am I wanted? Am I loved? Am I accepted? This is trauma of love.
Every human is alive since the very moment of conception and holds the thest of life, love and desire to be loved. He or she instinctively and undoubtedly strives to grow symbiotic loving connection with the mother as a source of life. This connection is nesessary evolutionary and is mutual.
TRAUMA OF SEXUALITY
It makes child vulnerable and susceptible to the various forms of emotional and sexual abuse as confused adults, traumatized and seeking for love themselves, can confuse child's craving for love with presenting their sexuality.
If safe mother-chuild bonding process is impaired, child's need for loving connection can not be fullfilled, and child keeps searching to get love and attention from others.
TRAUMA OF BEING PERPETRATOR
Doing so one amplifies one's own traumatization.
One who is traumatized and is not healed still holds identification and keeps unconcious loyalty to the perpetrator.
Such person will tend to, still unconsciously, reproduce perpetrator patterns towards him\herself and others and become perpetrator himself.
We engage with other people out of our early traumas and surviving strategies which helped us succeed
RETRAUMATIZATION AND SURVIVAL
If we do not heal our traumas we can be easily triggered by other people
Office
We got retraumatized when we allow others to treat us instrumentally
Unproductive or redundant surviving strategies multiply and retraumatize us even more
We engage with other people out of our early traumas and surviving strategies which helped us succeed
RETRAUMATIZATION AND SURVIVAL
We attract love partners with similar traumas
Relations
We feel strong emapthy and feel them as soul mates
After the short period of mutual acceptance such relations can become painful
We engage with other people out of our early traumas and surviving strategies which helped us succeed
RETRAUMATIZATION AND SURVIVAL
Our unhealed traumas we replicate in our children thus making them transgenerational
Family and children
We force our surviving strategies on them causuing the same splits in the psyche
The more we develop our healthy I the more whole we become and the more natural and loving is our connection with our children
Practical client-centric psychotheraputical way of addressing early emotional traumas

It was really fascinating experience, so simple at the first glance.
But after the session, miraculously self analysis process had started and answers for the important questions which even were even not raised during the session.
It is like you start looking into yourself and comprehend the true root cause of your problem and possible solutions.
Maybe it was just a coincidence, but my body also responded to the work.

I have been involved professionally in the healing arts since 1988; osteopathy, craniosacral therapy, and currently, online healing. I met Pavel in 2021 when we both attended an online 4 x 4-day course in IoPT with Vivian Broughton. During this course, I came to know Pavel quite well; we had several private conversations and discussions about the work. I also watched him facilitate several IoPT processes. My impression of Pavel is that he is an extremely sensitive, kind, and courageous individual. I also noticed that he is extremely intuitive, with a profound ability to "tune-in" to different aspects of a client's psyche. I fully expect that he will be an excellent practitioner of any healing art he chooses to make his modality.

I was really anxious before the session. I had a belief that I am not comfortable to work with councellor who is a man as I had more trust to work with women.

It seemed to me that my fear and anxiety will prevale and I will not be able to open up.

But I felt very comfortable and supported working with Pavel, I liked it a lot!

The session was really extraordinary in a sense that I really felt ghow it works in my body.

All bodily reactions gave me specific understanding how it is to work with parts of the intention statement, what are my challenges and what to do next.
